My experience at Greenhous Vauxhall Shrewsbury was memorable because Jack Williams was amazing and so helpful, explaining everything to me as this was the first time I've financed a car and my second ever car. He made me feel comfortable during our conversations and the whole transaction and offered to join me in the car during the test drive which helped me feel more at ease and comfortable. He was happy to answer my questions and explain everything and didn't make me feel patronised or uneducated about the transaction at any point. I would highly recommend him and Greenhous Vauxhall Shrewsbury to talk about or purchase a vehicle, a clean and safe space with lovely staff members who make you feel at ease and comfortable if this is your first or fourth car you're buying or financing!
